Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

This policy covers refunds, cancellations and ticket changes for Santa’s Yuletide Yurt.

1. Cancellations by Customers

We understand plans can change. Our cancellation terms are:

  • More than 72 hours before your session:
    Full refund or free reschedule (subject to availability).

  • Within 72 hours of your session:
    We cannot guarantee a refund, but we will offer a reschedule where possible.

  • Less than 24 hours / No-shows:
    Tickets are non-refundable.

2. Date or Time Changes

You may request a change of date/time by emailing:

We will do our best to accommodate changes, depending on availability.

3. Illness Policy

If a child becomes unwell, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will always try to offer:

  • A transfer to another session, or

  • A partial credit voucher (case-by-case)

4. Event Cancellations by Us

If an event must be cancelled for any reason (weather, safety, operational issues), customers will receive:

  • A full refund or

  • The option to transfer to another date

No additional compensation is provided.

5. Gift Inclusions

Every booked child receives a gift from Father Christmas as part of the experience.
Gifts cannot be exchanged or refunded separately.
