These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made through www.yuleyurt.com for Santa’s Yuletide Yurt.

1. Your Booking

A booking is confirmed once payment is completed and you receive your confirmation email.
It is your responsibility to check session dates, times and ticket quantities.

2. Supervision

Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times unless attending designated adult-only workshops.

3. Health, Safety & Behaviour

We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee who:

• behaves in a way that risks safety,

• disrupts the experience, or

• does not follow staff guidance.

4. Event Content

Activities advertised (crafts, story time, treasure hunts, Father Christmas, etc.) may vary slightly depending on staffing, weather or operational needs.
We will always ensure a magical and high-quality experience.

5. Photography

Photography is welcome, but please be respectful of other families.
Commercial or staged photo shoots require permission.

We may take promotional photos during sessions — you will be asked for consent beforehand.

6. Liability

We are not responsible for:

• lost or damaged personal items,

• injuries caused by failure to follow safety instructions,

• weather-related interruptions outside our control.

All customer information is handled according to our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR.
